Andrew Clyde and dozens of other members of Congress has sent a letter to AG Pam Bondi wherein they make it very clear, that the intent of the BBB was to repeal the NFA provision, in all ways, for the now untaxed firearms. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes over this letter and also points out that there are two pending lawsuits wherein the plaintiffs have alleged the very reasons that Congress has now given to DOJ as to why all registration requirements should be removed to these arms since all taxation requirements have also been removed.
