DOJ Backs Off, BigTime

Last week we did a video in which it was alleged that the Department of Justice was demanding membership data from several 2A organizations under the guise of effectuating a judgement. That got everyone, even us over here at WGL a little spun up. Some in our sphere got really spun up. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the Joing Motion To Alter or Amend Judgment filed by both sides in the matter of Reese v. ATF. We bring this to your attention because the facts upon which we made our original video have changed, and you deserve to know that. It also means that some who have placed a lot of weight into this issue, believing it was the straw that broke the camel’s back, should also reevaluate what weight they attach to this. So learn what the order says now and arm yourself with education.
