New York, never a friend to the Second Amendment, has really outdone themselves this time. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recently enacted law which actually gives law enforcement the authority to confiscate firearms, without an arrest, without probable cause to believe a crime has been committed, without judicial oversight, and all based on a “reasonable suspicion.” The goes well beyond any Red Flag law or similar disarmament regimes. This is incredibly dangerous but likely to spread amongst the other cvilian disarmament states. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
