Word broke late last week that the state of New Jersey was filing suit against Sig Sauer. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes through the complaint and some of the ver salacious allegations levied by the New Jersey Attorney General. New Jersey is claiming that Sig New of the issues with its P320 and yet did nothing about it other than deny problems and blame users. But is any of that true? So let’s get through the complaint so that we can arm ourselves with education.
